Bill Bell | OWNER
Bill has been married to Cindy for 34 years. They have 3 married daughters, 3 son-in-laws and 4 (soon to be 5) grandchildren. When Bill isn’t at work, he is hanging out with his grandchildren or hunting and fishing. Bill has been with Energy Savers since 1978, where he started as an Installation Apprentice during the summers at the ripe old age of 13. As the owner of Energy Savers, he enjoys watching the team grow in knowledge as well as financially. His goal is to have all team members retire from Energy Savers with a healthy retirement fund to be able to enjoy the “Golden Years.”
Kenneth Davis | INSTALLATION MANAGER
Kenneth was born on June 2, 1966, in Columbus, GA. He graduated from Chavala High School in May of 1984, where he earned a scholarship to play baseball at Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL. After two years of college, he made a decision in 1986 to join the working world. He came home from college in May and began his career at Energy Savers as an Installation Apprentice. Kenneth has grown with Energy Savers over the past 35 years and his co-workers have become part of his family. He is currently the Installation Manager, but still enjoys working alongside the guys and helping them in the field when needed.
Kenneth has been happily married to his wife Pam Davis for 33 years. They are longtime residents of Fort Mitchell, AL. Kenneth and Pam have 3 wonderful children: Niki, (husband John) Trevor and Bryce, who were all involved in sports and kept us busy. Over the years, Kenneth has enjoyed coaching his children in baseball and softball for 20-plus years, traveling and watching them play all over the Southeast. Kenneth is also an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt and fish. He is looking forward to enjoying all of these things with his 2-year-old grandson, Davis Harris.

Jim Grundy | SERVICE MANAGERJim has been blessed to be married to the perfect woman, Marie, for 36 years.
Jim has been in the trade for 36 years and started at Energy Savers as an Installation Apprentice in 1985 and worked up to Service Technician and then to Service Manager.
He has EPA, NATE, National Comfort Institute, Water Furnace, Trane and Various Carrier certifications.When not working, he enjoys fishing, baseball, music and Auburn Tigers football. War Eagle!!
Mike Gunter | OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mike has been with the Energy Savers team since 2007. He started out loading our trucks in the evening for next-day installations. Mike has spent time on our warehouse team, installation team, sales team and management team. Mike has been married to his wife Amber since 2012. They have one boy and one girl, with another baby on the way in June of 2021. In his spare time, Mike loves to spend time outside hunting or fishing.
Ryan Noelte | CONTROLLER
Ryan joined the Energy Savers team as a Controller in 2015. He’s passionate about seeing people thrive in their personal finances and has taught the Dave Ramsey financial course at work and church. He has been married to his lovely wife, Erin, for 6 years. They have two energetic boys who keep them pretty busy. Time away from work is usually spent in the outdoors with his boys. Ryan also enjoys writing, reading and exercising.
