Precision Heating Service + Safety Check

  • Complete combustion analysis on system.
  • Clean burners and inspect heat exchanger.
  • Lubricate all motors, bearings and fans.
  • Clean and adjust pilot assembly/ignition system.
  • Evaluate condition of air filters. Clean and replace with customer-supplied filter.
  • Test and adjust safety and operating controls.
  • Inspect flue pipe and draft diverter.
  • Test gas valve operation.
  • Check blower motor(and belt if applicable).
  • Test and tighten all wiring and connections.
  • Adjust burner for maximum efficiency.
  • Educate customer on energy saving tips and equipment’s condition. Recommend necessary repairs for maximum efficiency.
  • Verify proper combustion air levels.
  • Check temperature rise.
  • Check for gas leaks.
  • Check backup heating elements.
  • Check volt and amperage draw on motor.

Precision Cooling Service + Safety Check

  • Lubricate all moving parts, such as blower motor and condenser fan.
  • Evaluate condition of air filters. Clean and replace with customer-supplied filter.
  • Measure refrigerant superheat to determine accurate pressures
  • Flush condensate drain to protect against overflow.
  • Rinse Condenser Coil with water (Chemical Cleaning is extra charge) .
  • Check blower motor and belt.
  • Test ‘temperature drop’ at return and supply air. Adjust blower speed.
  • Safety test all controls for proper operation.
  • Meter voltage and amperage in all motors. Test for worn bearings.
  • Inspect start and run capacitors and relays for bulges, rust, leaks and values.
  • Tighten all electrical connections.
  • Inspect disconnect box.
  • Educate customer on energy saving tips and equipment’s condition. Recommend necessary repairs for maximum efficiency.
  • Check and tighten all electrical connections.
  • Clean contactors.
  • Inspect evaporator coil when accessible.

*Emergency service until 9 p.m. 365 days per year are available to priority service plan members only.
** For each consecutive year you sign up for a priority service plan, loyalty credits may be used towards the purchase of new heating and cooling equipment, $50 per year up to $500.
