Energy Savers Employee Benefits
Benefits Eligibility
Paid Time Off (PTO)
– Date of hire till 1st year Anniversary – 40 Hours
– 1st year Anniversary to end of 4th year Anniversary
80 Hours
– 5 years and more – 120 Hours
All regular, full-time team members are eligible on anniversary date. Hours will accrue and are posted each pay period beginning with their 1st paycheck.
Holidays
New Year’s Day
– Memorial Day
– Fourth of July
– Labor Day
– Thanksgiving Day
– Christmas Day
All regular, full-time team members are eligible after 90 days of employment. Regular part-time team members will receive holiday pay based on the proportion of the number of hours they normally work at their regular rate of pay.
Health & Dental Insurance
Individual and dependent Health and Dental Insurance is available.
All regular, full-time team members are eligible after 90 days of employment
Vision Care
Individual and dependent Vision Care Insurance is available.

Life Insurance
Life Insurance is furnished by Energy Savers for
the team member only.
– One year’s annual salary up to $50,000.

Additional Life Insurance
Additional Life Insurance is available to team members and their dependents at discounted group rates.
All regular, full-time team members are eligible after 90 days of employment
Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
– This insurance is furnished by Energy Savers for
the team member in addition to regular life
insurance if the team member’s death is
accidental.
– Flat $15,000.

Short Term and Long Term Disability Coverage
Short Term Disability Insurance is available to team members at discounted group rates. Long Term Disability Insurance is paid for by the company.

Employee Assistance Program
Help for team members and their family members in assessing, counseling and referring to professional services if needed for substance abuse or other personal problems.
All regular, full-time team members are eligible the first of the month following date of hire unless hired on the 1st of the month, then coverage is effective immediately.
Worker’s Compensation Insurance
Energy Savers provides Compensation Insurance in accordance with applicable law for team members who are injured on the job. Non-work related injuries would be covered by your regular medical insurance.
All team members are eligible immediately upon date of hire.
Tuition Reimbursement
The cost of tuition and registration will be reimbursed at the rate of fifty percent (50%), up to $500 during a calendar year for completion of an approved course of study that is directly related to the team member’s current job.
All regular full-time team members are eligible after completion of one (1) full year of service.
Discounts
A. Team members may purchase for themselves:
– Air conditioner units
– Heating units
– Related products
At the cost of the product plus 10%.
B. Team members are also eligible to receive a
twenty-five percent (25%) discount off the costs of
labor.
All team members are eligible immediately upon date of hire.
Jury Duty
Team members will be paid the difference between their regular pay and the amount paid for serving on the jury for up to five (5) days in any twelve (12) month period.
All team members are eligible immediately upon date of hire.
Bereavement Leave
In the event of death in the immediate family, the full-time team member is eligible for up to three (3) paid days of bereavement leave if scheduled to work from the date of death to the day of the funeral. Immediate family includes: spouse, children, stepchildren, parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law.
All team members are eligible immediately upon date of hire.
Social Security
Energy Savers pays 7.65% towards a team member’s Social Security benefits (which include retirement). This is in addition to what you pay to Social Security out of your own paycheck.
All team members are eligible immediately upon date of hire.
401(k) Plan
– Energy Savers matches 100% of every dollar the team member puts into the 401(k) Plan up to four percent (4%) of his or her pay. – A Team member may contribute up to a total of
fifteen percent (15%) of his or her gross pay to
the 401(k) Plan.
Energy Savers Matching Contribution will not begin until the 1st pay period after one (1) full year of service.
Direct Deposit
For your convenience and safety, Energy Savers provides the opportunity for direct deposit of your Energy Savers paycheck. Energy Savers highly encourages and prefers the use of direct deposit.
All team members who are paid through Energy Savers Payroll System.
